This guy will never need a resume

Recently Seth Godin did a post on "why bother having a resume?". He said "I think if you're remarkable, amazing or just plain spectacular, you probably shouldn't have a resume at all." and "Great jobs, world class jobs, jobs people kill for... those jobs don't get filled by people emailing in resumes. Ever." I think that the kid who created what is in this video will never need a resume.



If you can create something truly spectacular or you have some knowledge that no one else has you need to let people know about it. This has never been easier with tools freely available to you like blogs and YouTube. You also might want to create a social media resume like Chris Penn.

This is a different kind of resume. One that would let you show off your talents and let you use all the social media tools to your advantage. Think of what this could for people looking for jobs in broadcasting, PR, or sales.
